Returns Policy

Vintage / pre-loved items may show signs of wear and / or have minor flaws. All major flaws will be mentioned in the item description so please ensure you read carefully before you make a purchase.

 

At Gigi's Dressing Room we offer a tailoring service to all our clients at an additional cost. If you are unhappy with the fit of your item/s and you have the ability to visit us at our Wood Street store, then we can suggest you book an appointment to have a fitting for our tailor.

​If, however, you have had a change of mind, Gigi’s Dressing Room offers refunds for all full priced items within 14 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund please email sales@gigisdressingroom.com within 14 days of receiving your item to make a refund request.

By making a purchase from Gigi’s Dressing Room you agree that you are responsible for covering any return shipping costs. Items must be sent back to us with a tracking service. After the item is returned to us, it will be checked and if it is deemed to be in an acceptable condition you will be refunded the original amount, minus shipping costs. Please note all refunds are processed Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
