Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made a minimum of 48 hours ahead of appointment time. If you require an appointment at shorter notice than this please contact Gigi direct to check availability. Appointments are non refundable but can be rescheduled online if needed. If you can't make an appointment for reasons out of your control contact Gigi to discuss.
