Next Day Delivery
If require your order in a hurry, such as a next day service, please place your order before 12pm. We will use a next day tracked service. This is at a higher postage cost of £15. Please select this at checkout.
If you would like an express service to an International address please contact us at sales@gigisdressingroom.com for an individual quote.
Customs & Delays
Gigi's Dressing Room is not responsible for delays in deliveries that include, but are not limited to the following: customs delays, natural occurrences, COVID-19 delays, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers.
Gigi's Dressing Room does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. All orders sent to countries in the EU are now subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.
The taxation varies from country to country based on item category and its declared value. Please check what your local rate is before making a purchase.
Lost Parcels
Please make sure your address is correct at the time of purchase.
Gigi's Dressing Room will not refund orders marked as delivered by a courier with a tracking number and proof of postage.
Gigi's Dressing Room is not responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf.
